Parts Advisor

Full training will be provided and there will be an opportunity for accreditation

Your day-to-day duties will include

· The procurement of parts from various suppliers

· Ensuring stock levels of fast-moving parts are maintained

· Researching and sourcing the most cost-effective parts whilst ensuring quality and compatibility

· Liaising with the workshop and the sales team regularly to ensure the accuracy of orders and to advise on availability

· Processing invoices and credit notes from suppliers

· Keeping the parts department tidy whilst ensuring health and safety guidelines are adhered to

· Good administration skills

· Good communication skills

· Attention to detail

· The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

· Good time management skills

· Good organisational skills

· A genuine desire for customer care

Motor trade experience is advantageous but not essential
