Parks Motor Group are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Parts Apprentice to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to start a career in the Automotive industry, learning hands-on skills while working towards a recognised qualification. As a Parts Apprentice, you will support the day-to-day running of the parts department, gaining practical experience in stock control, customer service, and logistics within a busy commercial workshop environment.
You will work closely with experienced staff who will guide and support you throughout your apprenticeship
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with ordering, receiving, and storing vehicle parts
- Picking and issuing parts to workshop technicians
- Helping maintain accurate stock records
- Dealing with internal and external customers in person and over the phone
- Supporting general warehouse and parts department duties
- Learning to identify commercial vehicle components
- A strong interest in vehicles, mechanics, or the automotive industry
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Basic IT and numeracy skills
- Reliability and a positive attitude
- No prior experience required – full training provided
