Ideally the successful candidate will have recent experience at recognised establishments working as part of a fast moving, quality driven, creative team. Your passion will be pastry. By supporting our Head Pastry Chef and pastry team, you will play a key role in the developing our range of seasonal and innovative products for the property and events. The candidate will be a strong team player with good organisation and communication skills with the ability to work individually and as part of a team.
