The Opportunity
Working within a global shared services environment, you will support a broad range of payroll activity across an international organisation.
These opportunities would suit payroll professionals who are comfortable working in a complex environment and enjoy combining technical payroll knowledge with analysis, stakeholder engagement and broader business activity.
Key Responsibilities

- Support end-to-end payroll processes and associated activities across multiple locations.
- Assist with payroll controls, reconciliations, documentation and reporting.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external contacts to resolve payroll queries and issues.
- Support the coordination of payroll-related activity across different teams and locations.
- Review payroll information and processes to identify issues, risks or opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to changes in payroll processes, systems and ways of working where required.
- Maintain clear and accurate payroll documentation.
- Support wider payroll and shared services initiatives as required.
About You
- Experience within payroll, ideally gained within a global, international or multi-entity environment.
- Good understanding of end-to-end payroll processes and payroll operations.
- Experience within a shared service centre, global business services or other large organisation would be beneficial.
- Comfortable working with payroll data, reporting, controls and reconciliations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- An organised and structured approach with good attention to detail.
- Confidence working with stakeholders across different teams and locations.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Comfortable working in an environment where priorities, processes and requirements may evolve.
