Payroll Assistant

Temporary Role

Early finish on a Friday

Role could go permanent

Free Parking

Salary up to £30k


Oliver Smith Recruitment are working exclusively with our key client in Govan to hire a Payroll Assistant on a long term contract which could go permanent.


This is a fantastic opportunity within a well established business, with a excellent reputation for staff retention. 


Duties: 


* End to end payroll 

* Analyse timesheets for weekly paid operatives 

* Ensure all timesheets are filled out correctly with job numbers 

* Issue payslips 

* Respond and resolve client queries 

* Administration of SSP, SMP etc. 

* Ensuring adherence with internal and external regulations including taxation returns & liaising with HMRC
