Payroll Officer

P&L Recruitment are working in partnership with a well established organisation based in Glasgow to recruit a full-time permanent Payroll Officer. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Payroll Officer to join a small friendly team, in an interesting and varied role.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Processing payroll on a weekly and monthly basis using Sage Payroll
• Dealing with all payroll queries
• Processing all new starters and leavers
• Auto enrolment and RTI submission
• Processing SSP, SMP, SPP
• Processing all year end payroll requirements, including P11Ds

Skills and Experience:

• Previous payroll experience is essential
• Sage experience is preferred
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• High levels of attention to detail
• Organised and able to work under pressure
