Abertay University is a modern and ambitious university recognised for its achievements in teaching, learning and research that directly support the industries of today and the future and for its friendly, inclusive environment.

We are recruiting to this challenging and varied People and Culture Partner role, which would suit an experienced HR professional with a commitment to excellent service and continuous development.

Through this role, you will actively contribute to the University’s success, promoting an inclusive, engaged, high-performing workforce, through providing an HR and organisational development business partner service and contributing to university-wide initiatives.

This role will take a lead on policy development and contribute to institution‑wide HR projects.
