Key responsibilities include:

- Managing and supporting cases through all stages, from early resolution through to investigation, hearings and appeals.
- Supporting managers with documentation, risk assessment and procedural compliance.
- Conducting or supporting investigations, including note-taking, evidence review, report writing and outcome documentation.
- Interpreting and applying HR policies consistently and effectively to support sound decision-making.
- Building strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Working collaboratively with Trade Union representatives to support positive employee relations.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Proven HR experience with strong employee relations and case management expertise.
- A sound understanding of UK employment law and its practical application.
- Experience of working with Trade Unions.
- Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting managers through investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes, hearings and appeals.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll get in return
- Immediate start opportunity.
- Competitive salary 24-25 per hour
- Flexible hybrid working.
- Opportunity to join a respected organisation during a busy and impactful period.
- Exposure to a varied and challenging employee relations caseload.
