Full Job Description

I am currently recruiting for a Performance Team Leader to join our client based in Eurocentral. You will be managing a team who are responsible for analysing and reporting on intricate data information, which is crucial for optimising their operational processes. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding managerial skills along with a strong technical background. You will be responsible for managing a number of data analysts, so you must have a technical background, whilst being comfortable using Excel and have experience working with complex data.

The standard hours for this position are Monday to Friday, having flexibility between the patterns of 8am to 4pm, 9am to 5pm or 10am to 6pm.

This is a permanent position, offering a salary of between 40,000 - 43,000, depending on relevant experience.

Duties and Responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of people who provide data analysis to enable the influencing of local teams across the delivery areas
  • Input, design and roll out performance strategies whilst ensuring their successful implementation in the team
  • Make recommendations on priority order and the appropriate set of actions to drive compliance improvement
  • Conducting root cause analysis and holding action plans accountable, with the capability to summarise and present measurable outcomes
  • Managing the team of data analysts and conducting 1-1's where necessary or making development plans
  • Acting as a point of contact for any managerial assistance
  • Day to day management of team members, processing holiday forms and authorising any annual leave requests
  • Completing audit checks and the compliance of work being produced

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Excellent IT Skills in all Microsoft Packages, comfortable in handling data in all its formats with advanced Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, calculated fields, Power Query, Macros and VBA
  • Previous experience of leadership in staff and people development
  • Experience within an analytical role with management of high volume of information
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build strong and trusting relationships across all organisational levels
