Personal Assistant / Care Worker

We are looking to build a small, reliable team of up to 4 Personal Care Assistants to support a 13-year-old boy in Stirlingshire with complex needs in a family home environment. This is a highly rewarding role for the right individuals who are committed, attentive, and genuinely caring.

Tasks will include:
Personal care and daily support
Support Feeding via gastrostomy (training provided)
Monitoring comfort, positioning, and wellbeing
Recognising signs of distress (e.g. seizures, discomfort)
Following detailed care routines exactly as instructed
Maintaining a calm, safe, and positive environment
Accurate record keeping and communication

Physically capable of assisting with moving and handling (training provided)
Loyal and trustworthy
Honest and reliable
Positive with a strong mental attitude
Highly attentive to detail with the able to follow instructions precisely
Excellent with timekeeping
Eager to learn and develop skills
Able to adapt to a child with very limited understanding and communication

Experience:
Experience in care is beneficial but not essential
Full training will be provided for the right candidates
