Personal Injury RTA Associate Lawyer

Experteer Overview In this role you will support the growth of the firm's personal injury practice in Glasgow. You will manage fast track and multi-track cases, liaise with clients and solicitors, and oversee evidence review, witness statements, and court drafting. You will work closely with the team to value claims, negotiate settlements, and ensure timely progression of cases. This is an ambitious firm seeking a capable advocate to drive outcomes and client service. Pay / Benefits

• Liaise with clients, third parties and solicitors and keep clients updated on case progress Handle fast track and multi-track personal injury cases Review evidence and assess prospects of success Value injury claims and assess damages, including credit hire and special damages Prepare witness statements and draft court proceedings and related documents Comply with court directions and manage applications and hearings Negotiate settlements Tasks Solid background in personal injury with ideally experience of RTA Excellent communication skills Ambitious and growing law firm environment Mentoring junior lawyers would be an advantage Key requirements
