Pharmacist Manager

We are looking for a Pharmacist Manager to join our independent pharmacy team. If you have a positive attitude and are ready for a new challenge, managing a great team of pharmacy support staff, we would love to hear from you.,

• Making sure our expertise and medicines are easily accessed, providing patient services, dispensing, and giving healthcare advice.
• Leading, motivating, training, and developing your colleagues.
• Building working relationships with Primary Care Networks and GP surgeries.
• Carefully checking that renumeration is accurate for anything covered by the NHS.
• Clinical governance and adhering to GPhC guidelines., The role includes support from a team of pharmacists and pharmacy team members, GPhC membership fees paid and opportunities for further development.

• MPharm degree or equivalent.
• A passion for leading and empowering a team.
• Membership of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)., Self-motivated and well organised.
• Strong leadership skills., Applicants must hold an MPharm degree (or equivalent) and be a member of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
