Full Job Description
Role Overview Physiotherapist (Bank) - The Kings Park Hospital, part of Circle Health Group, located in Stirling. Bank hours: Available as required, supplementing staffing during busy periods and covering staff absences. Salary: Up to £18.50 per hour (depending on experience, training, and qualification). Duties
- Assess, diagnose, and manage patients presenting with musculoskeletal, neurological, respiratory, orthopaedic, or post-surgical conditions.
- Formulate individualised treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals.
- Use therapeutic techniques, exercise programmes, manual therapy, and patient education to promote recovery.
- Collaborate with consultants, nurses, occupational therapists, and other allied health professionals for coordinated care.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, ward rounds, and discharge planning as appropriate.
- Refer patients to other services where required.
- Manage own caseload efficiently across inpatient and/or outpatient settings. Qualifications
- BSc (Hons) or MSc in Physiotherapy (or equivalent).
- HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist.
- Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
- Strong clinical reasoning, assessment techniques, and evidence-based practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload. Salary & Benefits Competitive hourly rate up to £18.50 per hour. Bank hours allow flexibility for those balancing other commitments.
