SIPP PENSIONS ADMINISTRATOR | GLASGOW CITY CENTRE

SALARY £30K (DOE) | HYBRID

We’re working with a well-established and growing financial services organisation in Glasgow who are looking to add a SIPP Pensions Administrator to their operations team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong admin experience who enjoys working in a structured, detail-focused role and wants to build a long-term career in financial services.

The Role

You’ll support the day-to-day administration of pension accounts, ensuring everything is processed accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities include:

• Processing pension-related tasks in line with deadlines and procedures
• Managing your own caseload of client accounts
• Carrying out checks to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Handling queries via phone and email from clients and professional contacts
• Supporting continuous improvements across processes and systems

What You’ll Be Working With

You’ll regularly liaise with:

• Clients and financial advisers
• Solicitors, banks, and other third parties
• Internal teams across operations, finance and sales

What We’re Looking For

• Previous administration experience (financial services and PIPP essential)
• Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
• Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• A team player with a proactive attitude
