Planned Preventative Maintenance Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Manager to join our Estates Department in this newly created role. Reporting directly to the Head of Projects, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering an organisation-wide PPM strategy that ensures our estate remains safe, compliant, and fully fit for purpose for ticket holders, visitors, and colleagues.

You will lead the organisation's proactive maintenance approach, driving the development and delivery of an effective PPM programme. Your work will play a vital role in maintaining asset condition, reducing downtime, and supporting operational excellence across all facilities.
