Our perfect candidate will have retail experience at management level, ideally in a Post Office or Bank/Building Society environment - although we would also like to hear from anyone who has a real passion for sales and who can demonstrate that they:

- Have a clear understanding and proven achievement of KPI's
- Have a passion for retail excellence, standards and customer service
- Have cash handling experience
- Have the ambition to drive a team and branch to a higher level of performance
- Have the talent to apply performance management and succession planning in branch
