The Role
Working closely with senior leadership, you will lead a small, high-performing team responsible for commercial input during the pre-construction phase of major projects.You will provide commercial leadership across land appraisals, cost planning, procurement strategy, risk management and bid support, helping to ensure projects are commercially robust before they reach site.This role offers the opportunity to influence key business decisions, improve processes and contribute to the long-term success of a well-established and highly respected organisation.

What We're Looking For

• Degree qualified Quantity Surveyor or Commercial professional
• Strong background within residential development, housebuilding or main contracting
• Excellent commercial acumen and strategic thinking skills
• Ability to lead, mentor and develop a small team
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Desire to move into a broader, business-focused commercial leadership role
