About the Role

Remote-first across Europe. Occasional travel to Prague and to customer sites. Duvo helps big companies actually finish the operational work that nobody else wants to handle—whether it's managing emails, spreadsheets, or phone calls. Our customers include one of Europe's largest online grocery retailers, a global beauty e-commerce brand, a Middle East retail group, and a large European pharmacy or FMCG retailer.

This role sits between sales and engineering, designing the pilot that transitions us from "this looks interesting" to a signed contract. You will run demos against the customer's process, with their data shape, and bring engineering in when needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• 3+ years in pre-sales, solutions engineering, forward-deployed, or implementation


• Experience in Retail or FMCG is a bonus


• Hands-on experience with SQL, scripting, REST APIs, basic Python


• Ability to explain technical concepts in plain English
