Experteer Overview As a Principal Project Manager in our Renewable Energy team, you will lead delivery on mid- to large-scale energy projects across design, procurement and construction. You'll develop client relationships and steer multi-disciplinary teams to align with budget, schedule and technical requirements. The role spans UK, Ireland and international sites, focusing on construction delivery and governance. You'll influence project outcomes through proactive management, quality control and proposal development, contributing to a sustainable energy transition. Pay / Benefits
- Lead project delivery on mid- to large-scale renewable energy projects, with emphasis on construction phase Coordinate cross-disciplinary design and construction teams Manage client relationships and ensure delivery within time, budget and scope Support procurement and contract administration (NEC/FIDIC/JCT/bespoke documents) Oversee project budgets, programme, governance, reporting and invoicing Mentor junior staff and contribute to proposals Review deliverables and perform quality control Ensure contractor compliance with contract requirements and best practices Tasks Background in project and construction management within energy sector Experience leading onshore wind, solar PV or hydroelectric projects Strong commercial awareness and contract management experience Ability to manage governance, reporting and client interfaces Engineering degree or equivalent qualification Key requirements hybrid working model onboarding Day 1 career development opportunities AECOM University volunteering days well-being programs
