Full Job Description

  • Build a strategic, long-term, value-based relationship with our top prospects and partners

  • Become our partners trusted advisor

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure overall account satisfaction

  • Become a customer advocate internally

  • Grow and prospect into dedicated accounts, working with the Partner Success teams

  • Collaborate with leadership to establish a team growth plan for each account

    5+ years of Security or Backup Sales experience, with a successful track record in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience with strategically growing large scale, complex accounts

  • Sound understanding of territory management, i.e., planning, prospecting, and closing

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate technical and business concepts

  • Experience working in the Software as a Service (SaaS) industry is strongly preferred

  • Salesforce experience, an asset, 5+ years of Security or Backup Sales experience, with a successful track record in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience with strategically growing large scale, complex accounts
