Private Associate Dentist

We are looking for a confident and motivated Private Associate Dentist to join our established and forward-thinking practice in Airdrie, North Lanarkshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated dental professional who is looking to start their private dental journey and convert a large NHS list to private with the support of the practice team and Denplan. The Opportunity

• Private-only role
• Up to 5 days per week
• High demand for private treatments
• Excellent earning potential based on performance
• Full-time surgery availability Monday-Friday
This role is suitable for clinicians who can work independently. Overseas applicants are welcome only if no mentoring or supervision is required. Practice Highlights

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality private dental care
• Build strong patient relationships and grow private uptake
• Provide excellent patient experiences with a personalised approach
• Maintain accurate clinical records
• Work collaboratively with the wider practice team
• Adhere to all clinical governance and health & safety regulations
  
  BDS or equivalent qualification
• Current GDC registration and valid UK licence to practise
• Experience in private dentistry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient-focused, detail-oriented, and clinically confident
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced private environment
