Full Job Description
Role: Paralegal - Private Client
Location: Edinburgh
Salary:25,000-40,000 DOE
Pertemps are recruiting a Private Client Paralegal to work with our Edinburgh based client.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing a caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, and estate planning
- Conduct legal research and analysis related to private client law
- Draft and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
- Liaise with clients, financial institutions, and other relevant parties
- Provide administrative support to the private client team
About You:
- Proven experience as a Private Client Paralegal
- In-depth knowledge of private client law and related procedures
- Strong organisationaland multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in legal research and document drafting
