Procurement Agent

To implement the procurement strategy, lead negotiations with the supply base to reduce the overall costs of materials bought and ensure flow down of customer Business Agreements across multiple suppliers is embedded and managed.

How you will contribute to the team:

· You will manage several high value strategic suppliers and monitor the overall performance of the supply base, to produce clear management information for reviews.

· You will support supplier transfer management requirements, working closely with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth and compliant transitions.

· You will develop and deliver tailored improvement plans for multiple suppliers, setting clear targets that align with our business requirements and performance expectations.

· You will assess Customer Satisfaction ratings across Product Suppliers and Service Providers, using insights to drive targeted performance improvements and strengthen supplier relationships

· Experience in Procurement or Supply Chain Management

· Working towards CIPS (or equivalent)

· Graduate / HND or equivalent qualification or experience, This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.
