Procurement and Supply Chain Management Graduate Programme

Procurement and Supply Chain sits at the heart of everything we do. It ensures that resources, suppliers and services are managed effectively to keep projects on track and deliver for our customers. This graduate programme offers the change to develop a broad understanding of how supply chains work on a national and global scale - you'll learn how we source responsibly, manage supplier relationships, apply technology and data to support the business and manage the risk of our supply chains to deliver for our customers. The programme gives you the opportunity to see how working in Procurement and Supply Chain supports both our customers and colleagues, and contributes to a safer more secure world. How is the programme structured? This two-year programme combines functional experience with leadership development to prepare you for a future leadership role in procurement and supply chain. You'll complete four six-month placements across the UK, in areas such as source-to-contract, o, category management and support to business growth with additional exposure to areas such as Operational Procurement, Supplier Quality and Logistics & Warehousing. During your rotations, you'll work with diverse teams and contribute to key projects, supporting our current operational teams and making a real difference to our customers. • You'll need to have achieved, or be on track to achieve, a, bachelor's or master's degree, and have a demonstrable interest in procurement or supply chain management.
