Product Manager

As a Product Manager based in Aberdeen, you'll be responsible for:
Managing supplier relationships across plumbing, heating and bathroom categories.
Growing product ranges to increase sales and profitability.
Driving margin through pricing, rebates and commercial initiatives.
Launching new products and managing existing ranges.
Supporting promotions, marketing campaigns and product launches.
Maintaining commercial systems, data accuracy and reporting.
Providing sales, margin and financial insights to support decision-making.
Identifying market trends, customer needs and growth opportunities
Collaborating across the business to deliver commercial success.
This is a full-time role working 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Commercial experience within a product, supplier or category management environment.
Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Advanced IT and Excel skills.
A proactive, commercially focused mindset with a passion for identifying opportunities and delivering results.
Industry knowledge and understanding of the William Wilson business would be beneficial.
