• 32,000 to 35,000 per annum

Working as a Production Area Leader, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting morning check-ins, ensuring staff are signed in correctly
• Carrying out training and delivering briefs
• Liaising with HR regarding attendance and performance management
• Ensuring full compliance with health & safety procedures
• Communicating clearly with the Operations Manager and other teams

To be successful in this Production Area Leader position, you will have the following skills, traits and experience:

• Previous experience within production, contract packing, manufacturing or FMCG
• The desire to progress
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with a hands-on working approach
• Able to balance multiple responsibilities
• Good problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
