Production Co-ordinator

We're looking for an experienced, highly organised and proactive Production Co-ordinator to join the team on Scam Interceptors, the award-winning BBC series dedicated to exposing fraud and helping protect the public from scams. Working closely with the Jnr Production Manager and wider production team, you'll play a key role in supporting the smooth delivery of a fast-paced, high-profile production. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel, accommodation, logistics and crew bookings.
• Coordinate crew DBS checks and press passes.
• Coordinate shooting kit for teams and location requirements.
• Manage confidential consent paperwork, contracts and compliance documentation.
• Raise purchase orders, process invoices and track production costs.
• Support budget management and monitor running costs.
• Maintain production schedules, trackers and databases.
• Liaise with crew, contributors, suppliers and internal departments.
  
  Previous Production Co-ordinator experience, ideally on a high-volume production.
• Strong organisational, administrative and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple deadlines.
• Experience with budget tracking and financial administration.
• Confident booking and managing production resources, including travel and accommodation.
• Good knowledge of production systems, workflows and BBC processes.
• Proactive and solutions-focused, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Flexible, adaptable and able to remain calm under pressure.
• Strong budgeting skills and attention to detail.
• Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
