Full Job Description
- Provide Production support to Tools teams, help establish and maintain processes to standardise planning, tracking, reporting and communication across the department.
- Deliver development schedules, milestone objectives, status reports, and supporting documentation clearly and accurately.
- Triage, assign, prioritize, and track tasks using in-house project management tools.
- Assist development teams in identifying and resolving issues preventing progress.
- Monitor and report on the team's bug and task queues using our internal project tracking tools.
- Coordinate agenda driven meetings, ensuring action points and other key information from meetings is clearly communicated and tracked.
- Generate and share reports that communicate significant development milestones within the team.
- Build and maintain relationships and communication processes across related teams to aid lining up of dependencies.
- Implement production changes and improvements across assigned teams in line with Tools Production team plans.
5+ years of experience in Production, Project Management or QA in a technical delivery setting, working on complex technical Products and / or Projects. - Practiced in Agile software development environment organising and tracking large amounts of information.
- Experienced with large scale Programme / Project Management software.
- Confident communicator who is familiar with coordinating meetings, delivering presentations and facilitating Agile ceremonies unsupervised with team members of varying levels of seniority.
- Knowledge of Triage process, ideally in software development projects.
- Excellent attention to detail, initiative, pragmatism and problem-solving skills.
- Great interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely in a team setting and across functions, departments and locations.
- Highly organised and efficient multi-tasker with an eagerness to learn and improve new workflows and tools., Project Management or Product Ownership certifications.
- Experience with reporting software's, reading and creating / maintaining reports, especially Power BI.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Passion for and knowledge of the Gaming industry.

- These software tools range from digital content exporters, a data processing asset pipeline to game, CI/CD automation systems and UI editors.
