Production Manager - Day Shift - Process / Manufacturing Environment

We are recruiting for an experienced Production Manager to oversee a large-scale, continuous process operation.

This is a key leadership role responsible for managing plant operations, people, and performance across a 24/7 environment. You will ensure safe, efficient, and compliant production while driving continuous improvement and team development.

• Lead and manage shift teams in a high-volume process environment
• Promote and enforce a strong safety-first culture
• Ensure operational efficiency, cost control, and productivity targets are met
• Coordinate plant activities including maintenance, breakdown response, and inspections
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production processes
• Manage and develop direct reports, including performance and training plans
• Work cross-functionally with engineering and technical teams

• Proven leadership experience in a process or manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental standards
• Experience managing teams in a 24/7 or shift-based operation
• Engineering or technical background desirable
• Strong communicator with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
