Escape Recruitment is currently recruiting Production Operators for a busy manufacturing facility based in Eurocentral, Motherwell.

This is a hands-on, active role working within a fast-paced production environment. We're looking for reliable individuals who take pride in their work and have a strong eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating within a production environment

• Inspecting products to ensure quality standards are met

• Following work instructions and production procedures

• Maintaining a clean and safe working area

• Working as part of a team to achieve production targets

What We're Looking For:

• Good attention to detail

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Previous production, manufacturing or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential

• Reliability and punctuality
