Your role: You'll play a key part in keeping production running safely, efficiently and on schedule by ensuring equipment, rooms and materials are cleaned, prepared, assembled and ready for use. Working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, you'll support day-to-day production priorities by staging materials, maintaining clean-hold timelines, completing GMP documentation to a high standard and communicating clearly with supervisors and colleagues if anything risks causing delays. You'll also contribute to an audit-ready workplace through strong housekeeping, 5S and continuous improvement while following EH&S expectations in everything you do.This role is working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, consisting of 2 days, 2 nights & 4 shifts off working 8 o'clock to 8 o'clock
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment with strong focus on safety and quality OR degree qualified in a relevant scientific area.
- Effective numeracy and literacy skills and be well versed in ensuring accurate work is always maintained.
- Clear communicator and reliable team player. Desirable:
- Experience working to GMP standards.
- Familiar with 5S and Continuous Improvement activities.
- Exposure to risk assessments and basic root cause analysis support activities.
- Previous systems experience such as SAP.
