  • Accurately completing production paperwork, quality records and shift reports.
  • Maintaining traceability records and documentation where required.
  • Assisting with stock control, material replenishment and inventory checks.
  • Supporting changeovers between production runs and ensuring equipment is ready for operation.
  • Conducting housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organised working environment.
  • Following Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards where applicable.
  • Adhering to all health and safety policies, safe systems of work and risk assessments.
  • Wearing and maintaining the required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues, team leaders and supervisors to ensure smooth production operations.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and productivity.
  • Undertaking additional duties as reasonably required by the business.

  • The ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight production deadlines.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload.
  • Basic numerical skills for completing production records and measurements.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work.
  • Commitment to following health and safety procedures at all times.
