Full Job Description
Brightwork are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Production Supervisor. This would be a full time, permanent position based out of the company’s site in Renfrewshire.
Eary/Back shift role, with the occasional requirement for nights, dependent on business requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive a positive Health and Safety culture.
- Implement actions identified through audits.
- Supervise and execute production plan.
- Employee management
- Work towards KPIs and production targets.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Previous supervisory/ management experience in a production environment
- Experience in the use of KPIs in an operational environment.
- H&S knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- IT literacy
