Production Support- Monday-Friday

We are currently looking for enthusiastic Production Support staff to be part of our dynamic team, working Monday to Friday. In this role, you will play a vital part in our production operations, ensuring that we uphold our reputation for excellence while contributing to a supportive and friendly work environment. Your Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting with the setup and operation of production machinery to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Supporting the production team in achieving daily output targets through a variety of operational tasks.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas for a safe and efficient production environment.
• Conducting regular quality checks on products and reporting any issues to supervisors for immediate action.
• Participating in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge within the production process.
• Collaborating with colleagues to foster a positive, productive atmosphere on the production floor.
  
  No prior experience in production required; however, past experience in a manufacturing or similar environment is advantageous.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with fellow team members.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic numeracy skills for performing quality checks and reporting.
• A proactive approach to learning and a willingness to accept new challenges.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday- various shifts to be discussed at interview.
