Programme Manager

We are seeking a Programme Manager to act as the single point of accountability for the successful delivery, quality, compliance and commercial performance of the Minor Works programme. Working in partnership with Leonardo, you will develop, own, maintain and monitor the Minor Works Programme Plan, ensuring all works are delivered safely, compliantly, on time and within budget., We are looking for a strong programme leader who can provide technical assurance across Minor Works activities, oversee programme governance and quotation processes, manage Project Management resources funded through the Variable Contract Charge (VCC), and maintain effective stakeholder relationships to deliver a high-performing and customer-focused service. Key Responsibilities

• Own, maintain and monitor the agreed Minor Works Programme Plan.
• Lead the delivery, quality, compliance and performance of the Minor Works programme.
• Manage and support a team of Project Managers, ensuring effective resource utilisation and capacity planning.
• Develop and maintain programme governance, including risk, issue and escalation management processes.
• Lead quotation activities, governance reviews, approvals, forecasting and commercial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with CDM requirements, statutory obligations, ISS procedures and customer governance requirements.
• Manage supply chain performance, including subcontractor governance, reporting and compliance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Leonardo stakeholders, ISS leadership teams and specialist subcontractors, including leading programme reviews and managing customer escalations.
  
  Experience operating in a Programme Management or Senior Project Management role.
• Demonstrable experience managing multi-site programmes of Minor Works and capital projects.
• Experience leading teams and supporting project resources.
• Experience managing customer-facing governance and reporting frameworks.
• Strong commercial and quotation management experience.
• Experience managing subcontractor performance and supply chain governance.
• Experience within FM, defence, manufacturing or complex operational environments.
• Proven experience managing CDM compliance within construction environments.
