Project Controller

Are you passionate about collaborating with diverse teams to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and on budget?, As a Project Controller , you will play a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of projects by providing effective project controls across cost management, forecasting, risk management, change control, and performance reporting activities. Working closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams, you will deliver accurate project insights that enable informed decision-making, proactive problem solving, and strong project execution. As a Project Controller, you will be responsible for:

• Owning project cost tracking, forecasting, and performance analysis to provide accurate visibility of project financial performance and forecast outcomes.
• Monitoring project performance against cost, schedule, and delivery targets, identifying trends, risks, opportunities, and variances, and escalating concerns where appropriate.
• Facilitating project reviews and supporting performance discussions with project teams, stakeholders, and leadership to drive project success.
• Managing project change control processes, ensuring scope, schedule, and cost changes are identified, evaluated, documented, and appropriately approved.
• Supporting risk and opportunity management activities by maintaining project risk registers, tracking mitigation actions, and contributing to project risk reviews.
• Developing and maintaining project performance reporting, including weekly and monthly customer and internal reports, providing clear and timely insights into project health, progress, and key metrics.
• Collaborating with finance, engineering, operations, procurement, and commercial teams to ensure alignment of project objectives and reporting accuracy.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance project controls processes, tools, and reporting methodologies.
  
  Have experience in project controls, project services, cost control, project administration, project planning, or a related project management discipline.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret project data, identify trends, and deliver meaningful performance insights.
• Possess effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships across diverse teams and functions.
• Be highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrate a proactive, collaborative, and inclusive approach to working in a dynamic project environment.
• Have experience working with project management, ERP, or project controls systems, which would be advantageous.
