Summary

Denchi Group is the UKs leading supplier of high reliability battery systems and is looking to strengthen its team through the appointment of a Project and Customer Manager.

Denchi has 20 years of expertise in designing and manufacturing batteries from our base in Thurso, Scotland, we proudly serve blue chip customers in defence, security, aerospace, oil and gas, and renewables markets.

As we enter an exciting period of growth, we are looking for an experienced Project & Customer Manager to join our team. This is a varied role at the heart of our operations, connecting customers, projects, production, planning and engineering.

You will lead cross-functional projects, manage customer and order requirements, and drive improvements that help us deliver a reliable, predictable and high-quality service.

We're looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused professional who enjoys getting things done and making things better.

Key Functions:

• Managing projects from planning through to successful delivery
• Coordinating cross-functional teams, timelines, risks and actions
• Managing customer orders, delivery commitments and communications
• Resolving issues and coordinating internal priorities
• Using operational data to identify risks and opportunities
• Driving continuous improvement across processes and systems
• Supporting effective change and evaluating its impact
• Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

Full time hours of work Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, Friday 8am to 12.30pm
