Role: full-time, permanent.

Office: Glasgow

CPC is an independent project and cost management consultancy, providing the best technical expertise in delivering infrastructure, property and transformational change projects that are improving people's lives both at work and at home. We are currently looking to strengthen our growing Property & Construction team in Glasgow, you will have opportunity to be involved with large, high-profile Residential, Leisure, Mixed-use & Retail projects across Scotland. We are currently delivering a number of high-profile projects including a new golf resort / hotel / residential scheme, valued at circa £500m. A new co-living development circa £65m.

Relevant skills and experience

  • Experience working in a Senior PM, Project Director, or, Associate Director capacity within a Consultancy organisation (Essential)
  • Experience working on large scale, complex projects £20m+ (Essential)
  • Experience working within the Residential sector (beneficial)
  • Experience working on projects across the full project lifecycle
  • Working towards, or wanting to progress with becoming Chartered, which CPC will support
