  • Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimise efficiency and productivity.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality standards to ensure a safe working environment and deliver high-quality results.
  • Identify and mitigate risks proactively to minimise disruptions and deviations from project objectives.

  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, providing leadership, guidance, and support to project team members.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry, with a successful track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile or Scrum, is a plus.
  • Certification in project management is desirable but not required.

Why Join Us:

  • Opportunity to work on a high-profile project that will make a significant impact on the community.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package, including healthcare, overtime and professional development opportunities.
