Full Job Description
We are looking for Project Managers to support our continued growth. Bring a practical, organised approach and a focus on delivery. You'll work closely with senior colleagues, manage projects or workstreams, and build strong relationships with clients and teams. We offer flexible and hybrid working, so we can support your commitments outside work as well.Your role
- Deliver project management services in a client-facing role, maintaining regular contact and building strong relationships.
- Support the delivery of construction projects through the full project lifecycle.
- Manage smaller projects or defined workstreams within larger programmes.
- Work with senior colleagues and support project planning, risk management, and reporting.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders on your projects.
- Support commercial performance, including project tracking, cost control, and resource planning.
- Ensure delivery aligns with AtkinsRéalis processes, standards, and governance.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams across design and delivery.
- Support junior team members where required and contribute to team development.
- Identify opportunities to add value for clients and support repeat business.
- Contribute to bids and fee proposals where required.
Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a construction or related discipline. - Working towards or recently achieved chartership (MRICS, CIOB, APM or similar).
- Solid project management experience within the construction sector.
- Experience working with clients and building strong working relationships.
- Experience supporting delivery of multidisciplinary projects.
- Knowledge of UK construction contracts (NEC, SBCC, JCT).
- Understanding of procurement routes and project controls.
- Good awareness of Health & Safety and environmental requirements.
- Able to manage your own workload and support team delivery.
- Keen to develop and progress your career.
- Full UK driving licence.
