Denchi Group is the UKs leading supplier of high reliability battery systems and is looking to strengthen its team through the appointment of a Project Manager. Denchi has 20 years of expertise in designing and manufacturing batteries from our base in Thurso, Scotland, we proudly serve blue chip customers in defence, security, aerospace, oil and gas, and renewables markets. As we enter an exciting period of growth, we are looking for an experienced, organised, proactive and confident Project Manager who can bring people together, solve problems and keep projects moving forward. You will be responsible for leading projects from initial planning through to successful delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and to the required quality standards. Working across engineering, production, planning, supply chain and commercial teams, you will bring structure, clear communication and strong project governance to a range of business and customer projects. Key Functions: · Managing projects from initiation through to completion · Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, milestones and deliverables · Coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring clear ownership of actions · Managing project risks, issues, dependencies and changes · Monitoring project progress, budgets and performance · Providing clear project reporting and updates to stakeholders · Managing customer and internal expectations throughout the project lifecycle · Identifying opportunities to improve project delivery and ways of working · Ensuring projects remain aligned with business and customer objectives Full time hours of work Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, Friday 8am to 12.30pm
