Project Manager

With over 4,000 employees across Ireland and the UK, we continue to bring people together to shape resilient, future proof infrastructure and deliver high quality services for our customers., Circet UK is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of poling projects across the UK. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance. You'll be the driving force behind project planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination - helping us deliver best-in-class connectivity infrastructure at scale. Responsibilities of a Project Manager:

• Lead the full lifecycle of poling rollout projects - from planning and mobilisation to delivery and handover
• Develop detailed project plans covering scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and resources
• Oversee field operations and some time on site will be required
• Manage internal resources, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met
• Track project progress, resolve issues proactively, and maintain accurate logs
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation, Streetworks regulations, and company standards
• Coordinate procurement activities and manage project-related commercial responsibilities
• Monitor and control project budgets and forecasts - managing up to £10 million annual revenue
• Act as primary liaison with clients, local authorities, and internal departments (design, operations, commercial)
• Lead project meetings, provide regular updates, and manage stakeholder expectations
• Carry out site inspections, ensure quality control, and conduct regular safety audits
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across teams

• Asbestos Awareness
• Full UK Driving Licence
• 3-5+ years of experience delivering complex poling projects
• Background in telecoms or civil engineering environments in the UK is essential
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects of varying sizes and complexity
• Strong working knowledge of poling processes and best practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proficient in using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira)
• A hands-on, solutions-focused approach with the ability to thrive in fast-paced settings
