Project Manager - Electrical

We are committed to providing cutting edge solutions for our clients Data Centre facilities and are recruitment a Senior Project Manager - Electrical to join our innovative team. The Senior Project Manager - Electrical will be responsible for managing a team and the electrical aspects of large projects from inception to completion, within set timescales, to high quality standards and within health and safety guidelines.,

• Manage a team to ensure work is carried out in full conformance with quality, environmental and safety standards.
• Be an expert and provide guidance and direction to ensure operational excellence.
• Coordinate and control the on-site construction process ensuring the site build progresses in line with plan.
• Develop and agree electrical submission and approval process with the client and design team.
• Support the overall programming and planning of the build.
• Attend site meetings, effectively communicate and provide information for Progress Reports.
• Chair and minute the subcontractor meetings.
• Recording and reporting key metrics to team members and management.
• Operational support including review of procedures, best practices and initiatives.
  
  Experience working with a main contractor or large subcontractor
• Proven people management experience of managing teams
• Have the ability to mentor and develop team members
• Proven technical knowledge of Electrical Services
• Knowledge and skills to effectively problem solve
• Be self-motivated, with proven organisational ability and the drive to meet deadlines
• Customer focused with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Attention to Health and Safety matters
• Commercially astute
• Experience in the data centres sector is desirable
• Degree of equivalent in an Electrical discipline is desirable
