Full Job Description
Overview Project Manager (Healthcare Construction) - Full-time role based in Scotland, with hybrid work model. Role focuses on managing healthcare projects within Scotland for a construction consultancy setting, with prior experience in healthcare projects preferred. Responsibilities
- Manage complex Healthcare projects within Scotland, involving a combination of the following:
- Administer the NEC4 suite of contracts
- Projects involving multiple services provided by AECOM
- Manage all phases of projects (from beginning to close out)
- Work mostly independently but receive basic instruction on specific assignments, objectives, complex features and possible solutions
- Receive technical guidance on unusual or complex problems and supervisory approval on proposed plans for projects Qualifications
- You will ideally be from a consultancy or client organisation with the ability to successfully support and lead construction projects
- Pre and post contract design / project management expertise over the RIBA lifecycle
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- NEC4 Contract Administration (Accreditation if positive)
- Maintain accurate project records (both paper and electronic)
- Robust Stakeholder Management process Preferred Experience / Qualifications
- Academic Qualification - ideally Project Management/ Construction/Engineering/Quantity Surveying Master's Degree
- NEC 3/4 accreditation
- Chartered Status with the RICS, CIOB, RIBA, ICE, APM or other equivalent institution
