Edinburgh College is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Systems Transformation to lead the delivery of a major programme of digital and organisational change that will transform the way we work and support our students.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in one of the College's most significant transformation programmes. Working across the organisation, you will help modernise our systems landscape, improve user experience, streamline processes and support the College's long-term strategic ambitions
About the Role
Reporting to the Assistant Principal Student Experience, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination and successful delivery of a College-wide systems transformation programme. You will work with colleagues across curriculum and professional services areas, alongside external suppliers and implementation partners, to ensure the project is delivered effectively and in line with agreed objectives and timescales.
The role combines programme management, stakeholder engagement and change leadership, ensuring that new system and processes are successfully embedded across the College while maintaining business continuity throughout implementation.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading the delivery of the implementation of a new, whole College system and associated workstreams
Managing programme governance, reporting, risks and dependencies
Supporting supplier and implementation partner relationships
Coordinating testing, migration, rollout and transition activities
Driving stakeholder engagement and organisational change
Developing and monitoring benefits realisation plans and performance measures
