Post Title: Project Officer (Community Regeneration)
Location: Highlands (Flexible)
Hours: 35 hours per week
Duration: Fixed Term (23 months)
Salary: £41,423 - £44,899 p.a.

Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.

Job Purpose: To support delivery of the Pride in Place Programme (PiPP), working with the Neighbourhood Board, communities and partner organisations to develop and implement a community‑led regeneration plan.

The role will ensure compliance with programme requirements and contribute to achieving long‑term, place‑based outcomes.

Requirements

• Evidence of higher education and qualified to degree level OR Evidence of a continuing commitment to personal development
• Experience supporting or delivering place‑based regeneration, community‑led programmes or funded initiatives
• Proven track record of successful project delivery
• Understanding of regeneration challenges and priorities across the Highlands
• Flexible approach to work, including travel where required
