Project Officer - GLA15554

Job Description

The role is for a Project Officer within the Housing Investment team. You will operate on a geographical basis, assisting in the programme management of the Council’s annual affordable housing budget of £120m+. You will work alongside the City’s RSLs to deliver affordable housing developments and will be involved from project inception through to completion.

The work will consist of appraising submissions, administering offers of grant and working to financial deadlines. A knowledge of housing matters and an enthusiasm for urban regeneration is essential.

Degree level or relevant experience in housing is an essential qualification.

This post is fixed term for a period up to 31st May 2028.
