Full Job Description
- Carrying out fire asset checks in line with internal procedures, accurately identifying and reporting any risks or defects
- Completing full domestic EPC assessments, including measurements, data capture, photographic evidence and lodgement
- Undertaking on-site property inspections of communal and demised areas, capturing clear evidence and escalating issues where required
- Supporting additional inspection types as the service develops
- Maintaining accurate, high-quality inspection records and submitting findings within agreed timescales
- Working flexibly across locations and where required, adjusting working hours (including occasional evenings or weekends) to meet service needs

- Level 3 Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) qualification
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality assessment reports
- Confidence using IT systems, including Microsoft Office and web-based platforms
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and approachable manner
- Ability to undertake regular site visits, including walking and stair use Desirable:
- Experience working in residential or social housing environments
- Previous experience of property inspections, fire asset checks or compliance-related roles
