Full Job Description

As a Property Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a diverse team and contribute to the daily operations of the business, working from our city centre office.

- Assist by recording key movements for team members, contractors and tenants.

- Assist with the recall of signed out keys.

- Prepare welcome packs for new tenants.

- Answer our viewing and applicant phone enquiry line.

- Monitor, file and respond to general enquiry emails.

- Arrange viewings with prospective tenants and negotiate safe access with current tenants.

- Assist our Contract Managers in keeping prospective tenants updated on their application progress.

- Send property details to the student waiting list on first listing and any necessary subsequent re-listings.

You must also possess numerical precision with strong attention to detail, and the ability to integrate and thrive as part of a diverse team., While previous experience in an administrative or reception role in a busy environment or with a property management firm, and knowledge of SME Professional or similar property management software are desirable, full training will be provided. Furthermore, we offer opportunities to join in with colleague-led fundraising and social events.

£12.75 an hour - Full-time, Temporary contract
