We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Maintenance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of property maintenance operations, ensuring that our properties are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with all relevant regulations. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent organisational skills, and a deep understanding of property maintenance processes.,

  • Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance programs for all properties under management.

  • Supervise maintenance staff and contractors, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

  • Conduct regular inspections to assess property conditions and identify maintenance needs.

  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance tasks, repairs, and renovations to minimise disruption to tenants and maximise efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all maintenance activities.

  • Manage maintenance budgets and expenditures, optimising resources while maintaining high-quality standards.

  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and equipment inventory.
